I live in San Rafel Abajo... my neighborhood is "Los Higuerones" it is an insecure neighborhood because of the surrounding neighborhood. A few years ago there used to be "Turnos" but have been disappearing because many of the neighbors have moved to other places.

the insecure is the big problem, but the neighborhood needs people like you who strive to do things. In my neighborhood the problem are the guys who like to paint the fronts of properties.
